Description

At the end of the semester, Gancao—whose grades had never been impressive—actually passed the final exam! This should have been good news, but instead, it sparked jealousy among some of his classmates. Shujiao (Sichuan Pepper) failed the exam and was forced to leave the academy. His friend Tianxiong (Aconite) blamed Gancao for the outcome and, egged on by the scheming Renshen (Ginseng), set a trap to put Gancao in danger.
Determined to clear the air with his classmates and prove his true abilities, Gancao decides to set out with his friends once again on a quest for rare herbs. The journey is filled with unknowns and challenges, but what begins as a perilous situation takes an unexpected turn when Gancao stumbles upon an ancient book in a moment of crisis.
This legendary text holds the ultimate secrets of the primordial herbs. Armed with the wisdom gleaned from its pages, Gancao not only averts the danger but also leads his friends in defeating the powerful Plague Demon—safeguarding the peace of the planet Renfa Di. Through his actions, he proves one thing: true "good fortune" comes not from luck, but from kindness, courage in the face of adversity, and an unrelenting pursuit of knowledge.
