Review
“All the People I Have Been is one of Alfonso Casas's finest works, deeply moving. It's a story about navigating a life crisis, escaping darkness, and confronting past selves – perfectly echoing the title. I felt a strong connection to this story. As always, the artwork is stunning. Casas's clean lines and clear layouts are a joy to behold.”
“I've been 'drowning' in my forties and started reading again two years ago. This book gave me more motivation to connect with my inner child through this beautiful form of introspection (comics). Thank you, Alfonso, for emerging from a crisis, learning to live simply, and sharing the experience in such a heartfelt and profound way. I laughed, but with every page turned, I cried more. Starting a new life in a new country made me hide from my former selves – I fought them, I didn't accept them. But little by little, I am embracing each of them...”
“A remarkable book. A single illustration can say everything. A storyteller who draws from his own experience. For me, it was a complete emotional journey. Highly recommended for adults.”
