Description

Star lives on a farm with her brother and his wife. One night she wakes up to find an aardvark next to her bed, his long snout resting on the blanket. Come and explore with me, he invites Star.
This is the start of Star s night-time adventures with five elusive endangered animals: the aardvark or antbear, riverine rabbit, Cape leopard, African pangolin and white lion. Through her interaction with them, readers learn what makes them special, and also what threatens them. With engaging illustrations and end notes on each animal, this is a perfect read for young animal lovers and anyone who cares for our planet.
