Author

Prof. Andreas Engelbrecht is head of emergency medicine at an academic hospital. In addition to an MB ChB he holds two masters degrees in general practice medicine and pharmacology. He studied anthropology and is an amateur archaeologist.

Dr Schalk Engelbrecht holds a B.Sc. and a PhD in education. He worked for a human sciences research facility and taught senior secondary level natural science for 15 years.
