Rita Canas Mendes
Graduated in Philosophy, she worked for various publishing houses and, since 2011, is dedicated to literary consulting, translation and editing, as well as to copy and ghostwriting. Along the way, she has attended short training courses on typography and picture books. She is the author of a practical guide on the publishing industry (How to Publish Your Book). She was born in 1984 in Lisbon.

João Fazenda
Artist that splits his work between illustration, drawing, animation, comics and occasionally painting. He collaborates regularly with the Portuguese and internacional press for publications such as Público, Visão or The New York Times. He won the first World Illustration Award by the Association of Illustrators on the Books category.
