Author

Sonia Antón Ríos was born in Seville in 1976, but she has been living in Madrid for more than twenty years, working in the publishing industry, in the past ten years on Children s and comic literature. Probably, this background is responsible for the bunch of characters and stories that inhabit her head, or maybe they were already there before. She has several projects in the pipeline, all of them with the premise of humour as an essential entertaining condition.

Cecilia Moreno was born in Madrid some years ago. She studied Fine Arts and in 2010, she decided to develop her career in illustration. She has worked with a large number of national and international publishers. Among others, she has been selected for ILUSTRARTE 2016; obtained a mention from Banco del Libor de Venezuela in 2017 for an Innovative proposal; The Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition in Shanghai in 2016; CICLA Illustration Exhibition of Chen Bochui International Children's Literature Award in 2019 in Shanghai and White Ravens 2021 in Munich. She has also received the Cuatrogatos Award twice in Miami.

Miguel Can was born in Madrid in 1974. He studied Art at the Complutense University of Madrid. He ended up becoming a professional illustrator working in a graphic studio. Since then, as a freelancer, he has not stopped illustrating projects for many different clients. He has done a lot of textbooks before starting his own series of children's literature, La Lechuza Detective. Nowadays he combines graphic design with literature illustration and comic projects. He loves meeting with people more creative than him and visiting schools to spread the word about literature, graphic storytelling and the importance of imagining fantastic possibilities.
