Author
was born in Bonn-Bad Godesberg and now lives in the Ahr Valley. She studied German and English at the University of Bonn and ran an archaeological museum before devoting herself entirely to writing. In her free time, she travels with her Border Terrier, with whom she explores nature. Karin Joachim particularly enjoys visiting historical places as well as parks and gardens at home and abroad.
