Author

Dr. Stefan Bosch
Born in 1962, lives in southern Germany. He is an anesthesiologist and emergency doctor, leading natural history tour and children's vacation plans. From his childhood he liked dealing with birds and mammals. He held many lectures and led all kinds of observation trips for Naturschutzbund Deutschland. His observations and experiences in nature let him have the opportunity to create many scientific articles, journals and books. For more than 20 years, he has always been a member of the editorial team of Naturschutz heute.

Dr. Peter W. W. Lurz
Now living in the UK. He is internationally recognized as the squirrel expert. He taught ecology at the University of Edinburgh, and as a free zoologist for protection research projects. His current works focuses on invasive species and how diseases affect threatened animal species.
