Author

Gerhard Loibelsberger
born in Vienna in 1957, launched a series of historical crime novels about the heavyweight inspector Joseph Maria Nechyba in 2009 with the »Naschmarkt murders«. In 2010 »The Naschmarkt Murders« were nominated for the Leo Perutz Prize. In addition, the author's works have already been awarded the silver and gold HOMER Literature Prize. In 2017 the Italian thriller »In the name of the Godfather« - as a continuation of the Venice thriller »Quadriga« - and the first Nechyba comic book »Der Bankert vom Naschmarkt« appeared. The poetry book »Ants & Plants« was published as an e-book on Loibelsberger's 60th birthday.
