Description
Montessori education fosters a peaceful, calm environment built on autonomy and self-trust, yet it doesn’t prevent conflicts from arising now and then.
Differences of opinion are part of human interaction—necessary and positive—so it’s essential to learn tools that let us settle disagreements amicably.
In this full-color, illustrated album, told through a Montessori lens, children discover conflict-resolution strategies for everyday situations—such as two kids wanting the same toy—and practice peaceful mediation skills they can use for life.
Author
She graduated in Environmental Sciences, yet after a couple of unfulfilling jobs she rekindled her interest in education in 2010 and discovered Montessori. She trained with KHT Montessori for the 3–6 age group and began sharing her experiences online in early 2013. Since then she has also qualified as an AMI 6–12 Assistant, met countless families from whom she has learned and to whom she has offered guidance, and, of course, continued growing alongside her own children. But this adventure has only just begun…
