Author

Jan Yager, Ph.D. is an award-winning Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Sociology Department at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York (CUNY) where was the department's Mentoring Excellence Certificate in 2019 and 2016 and its Teaching Excellence Award in 2017. She also teaches at Baruch College and William Paterson University in New Jersey. Dr. Yager is the bestselling author of 50 books in several genres including nonfiction, fiction, and illustrated children's books, translated into 35 languages. She has been interviewed on such major talk shows as OPRAH, THE VIEW, TODAY SHOW, GOOD MORNING AMERICA, CBS THIS MORNING, NPR, and others. Dr. Yager has been researching, writing, and coaching about time management, business, and relationships since Prentice-Hall published her first book on time management, CREATIVE TIME MANAGEMENT.
