Description

The book emphasizes that the brain is the most important organ of our body and stresses the importance of taking care of it as aging. The book consists of two parts. The theory section describes the effects of aging on the brain and delves into dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The practice section describes mental exercises that stimulate and enhance different cognitive processes. These exercises are divided into visual perception training, attention training, memory training, learning training and problem solving training. Each exercise has two levels of difficulty and contains the correct solution.
