Feature

★“The Road to Literature” is a simplified anthology of literature in English.

Description

It is meant for secondary school students and teachers. It covers the integration of the English Studies in the syllabus of many secondary schools, apart from the traditional Foreign Language high schools.
It can be used as a regular textbook on its own or as a teaching/study support to the school textbook.
It is meant not to leave SEN students behind and lead them to achieve the essential goals in the official syllabus by the synergy among a high readability font, simple and linear sentences often interspersed with pictures to better consolidate concepts and downloadable audio files.
Engaging CLIL worksheets and activities are the new addition to book two. They are meant to be thoughtprovoking, curiosity- raising and individually involving.

Author

Franca Martinotti holds a foreign language diploma as well as different University of Cambridge certificates for foreign students from FCE through CAE to CPE.
Her overseas stays include several home exchange, study, and training programs as well as team teaching in the English speaking world from London to Williamsburg (VA), from New York and Washington to Los Angeles up to ( or down…) to Sydney and Melbourne.
She lives in Sala Monferrato, a small village in the gently rolling hills of Piedmont. She’s a one-on-one homework tutor for students of all grades who don’t feel that English is their cup of tea.
