Description

Using animals such are deers, snails, owls or common birds author construct texts with simple rhythm, repeating sounds, themes or words like a game to help children to develop their creativity, sensibility and imagination, and to share the pleasure to read out loud or to listen words as music.

Author

Ramon Besora
He is a teacher, an editor and a writer. He has been a teacher for years, as well as a teacher of teachers. He was a member of the well-known Rosa Sensat educational institution in Barcelona. He is also the author of several publications and articles on Didactics, children's creativity, creating readers, poetry and of course children's literature. He was the president of the CLIJCAT Association for promoting children’s literature and he has been selected as a member for literary juries, such as the Children's National Award. He has coordinated seminars and symposiums, such as the International Catalonian Illustration Award. And he has received national and international awards both for his teaching activity as for his publications.

Sonja Wimmer
Sonja Wimmer loves painting pictures and telling stories. After studying and working some years as a graphic designer in her hometown Munich and Brussels, she decided to pack her suitcase and move to Barcelona to study Illustration at the "Llotja" Arts and Crafts School. Since then she lives between brushes and all kinds of wonderful tales, working as freelance illustrator for publishing houses and other clients around the world. Over the last years several of her books have been awarded in the United States (Gold medal winner, Moonbeam, Latino book award, Independent publisher award...)
