Looking at the rough sketches scattered around my room, my dad said to me, "It’s great, Martin, there are various boats, but you need to pick one out of them."
Author
Anna graduated from the University of Barcelona in Spain in 1998 with a degree in Art History. Between 2001 and 2002, she worked at UOC Cultural Company, where she obtained a postgraduate degree in "Organization and Management." She is a writer and a storytelling expert, deeply involved in the field of cultural and creative work. Professionally, she has served as a socio-cultural technician, trainer, and librarian at the National Art Museum of Catalonia, encouraging participation in various public library activities.
Subi Obiols studied Applied Arts at university, specializing in mural painting and graphic design. He is now an illustrator for children’s books and magazines, publishing daily comics in a Catalan newspaper. His illustrations, comics, and paintings have won numerous awards in Spain. Obiols began drawing at a young age, illustrating the stories he concocted in his mind. He believes that childhood is a precious time where everything is surprising and everything is possible, and he tries to maintain this spirit in his drawings.
They have published more than forty books together, well-known masterpieces such as Dali and the Path of Dreams and The Adventures Of DonQuijote, and many of their works have been translated into various languages, as well as being honoured with Apel, LesMestres, Tombatossals, Parcir and CCEI awards.
