Author

Albert Armengol, studied at the Institute of Design and School of Image (IDEP) in Barcelona and then in 2002 moved to New York to continue his studies at the prestigious International Center of Photography (ICP) specializing in street photography. He has published several photography books on Barcelona and has participated in several group exhibitions. He is a regular contributor to the Journal of Barcelona Metropolis Urban Thinking and also works with various communication agencies in the field of advertising.

Xabier Mendiola is a photographer specialized in cooking photography. He has worked for many publishing houses such as Blume, Arola Edicions, Salsa Books, Grup 62, Círculo de Lectores or La Botica de la Abuela, as well as for specialized magazines as
Vivir en el Campo, Descobrir Catalunya or Cuina among others.
