From parsley and basil to dill and ginger, this cookbook is divided into 30 chapters.

Author

Karin Leiz
Daughter of German parents, Karin Leiz was born in Seville in 1938. Despite having always lived in Spain, his childhood and adolescence are strongly marked by a predominantly German education. She completed her primary and secondary education in the German School in Barcelona. In 1961, along with Leopoldo Pomés, she founded a publicity company and she has been responsible for the script and art direction of many advertising campaigns, commercials and institutional documentaries since 1967. Karin has four children and seven grandchildren and has also been active in writing. In 2004 she published Urban Animals, a book of short stories focused on a very personal vision of Barcelona in the forties. In 2012 she has published Vegetables in many different ways (Círculo de Lectores & RBA Libros), a cookery book with more than 1,400 recipes on vegetables.

Juliet Pomés
Juliet Pomés is a painter and an illustrator. She is the author and illustrator of the story collection Les aventures de Simó, published by Tusquets, and two cahiers de voyage (Born and Les Corts) published by the City Council of Barcelona. She has exhibited her work countless times and has published illustrations in many magazines and newspapers.
