Description

A 150-year-old home, generations of memories, and the invisible threads that connect us across time.

The author and illustrator recently became the owner of an ancestral cottage that had been in the same family for nearly 150 years. Home Sweet Home recounts her own story and that of the generations that have lived there since 1874, told through the unique perspective of the house itself. A beautiful tribute to the vibrant, collective memory that underscores how homes connect people across time and space.

A graphic novel that serves as an act of preservation to challenge disposable culture by celebrating our heritage and reconnecting with our roots.

"So many lives gathered within her. She carries the memory of all those who came before, and I remain the refuge of all those we have loved."

The past takes root in the present. The roots of the new inhabitants reach out through those of the previous generations.
