Feature
★ Tackling the core pain point: the experience fragmentation paradox – Food delivery, ride-hailing, banking – all on one phone, yet daily experiences lag behind technology. The book argues the problem is not technical but structural: devices and services fail to integrate around user needs.
★ A pioneering three-tier architecture solution – Goes beyond automation with a three-layer framework: physical connectivity (breaking device silos), logical integration (bridging service gaps), and intelligent orchestration (AI coordinating end-to-end behavior).
★ A strategic guide for individuals, businesses, and nations – No theoretical musings. Delivers actionable plans: individuals evolve from passive consumers to active creators; enterprises shift from AI adopters to intelligent experience innovators; nations move from technology-chasers to rule-setters.
Taglines
"Following the Cognitive Revolution, the Industrial Revolution, and the Digital Revolution, we now stand at another historic juncture. Written by some of the world's leading experts, this book presents a powerful vision of 'AI-Experience Orchestration' – one that goes beyond task automation to bring together devices and services in a human-centered manner."
Choi Won-shik (Former Managing Partner of McKinsey Korea):
"In the age of AI, what matters increasingly is not the ability to play many instruments, but the capacity to conduct – to tune the whole to its optimal state and compose a harmonious melody. This book convincingly demonstrates that the true winners will be those who can design and govern the entire AI experience."
