Description
Author
Her Royal Highness Princess Nour bint Asem is a writer and a passionate advocate for positive change in family life, schools, and personal well-being. As a devoted mother of three, she holds a degree in Positive Leadership from IE Business School. By blending her personal experiences with scholarly insights, she inspires others to approach early childhood education—and life itself—with greater mindfulness and intention.
Born in Amman on October 6, 1982, she is the daughter of Prince Asem bin Nayef, a member of the Hashemite dynasty, and the great-granddaughter of the late King Hussein I. According to the royal genealogy, the princess is among the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad.
She is the founder of “Moments,” a platform dedicated to reshaping consciousness-based education and early learning through purpose, connection, and well-being. Her vision is rooted in the belief that life is composed of countless moments—and that by fully embracing the present, we can nurture, from the very beginning, individuals who are whole in body and mind, rich in emotion.
Through her writing and advocacy, she invites families, caregivers, and educators to join the “Moments” movement: a growing community committed to fostering mindful development and emotional resilience in early childhood—moment by moment.
