Description

This book aims to break the misconception that "praise is just formality" and redefines it as a core skill for improving relationships and self-healing. The author combines educational theory with his own teaching experience to systematically explain why complimenting others can dissolve hostility and release one's own stress. The book not only includes the mindset and observation perspectives for becoming a "praise expert", but also collects a wealth of practical phrases and exercises applicable to colleagues, superiors, and strangers. It is a hands-on manual guiding readers toward mutual growth through positive feedback.
