A tea-drinking ritual that adds a touch of happiness to your daily routine. Among coffee, black tea, and green tea lovers, many may worry about excessive caffeine intake or wish to cut back on evening beverages. Why not swap your next cup for a caffeine-free, body-friendly “herbal tea” instead?
This book is specially designed for those who feel: “I have minor health issues but don’t want to rely on medication,” or “I’m interested in herbal teas but don’t know where to start.” It presents 365 days of flavorful, practical ways to enjoy herbal tea. Beginning with the spring equinox, the book features original herbal tea formulas tailored to common seasonal challenges, such as “alleviating body discomfort caused by temperature fluctuations,” “warming blends for cold protection,” “boosting mood when feeling low,” and “cooling down and providing sun protection.” It also addresses menopausal and women-specific concerns like irritability, low spirits, hot flashes, and premenstrual syndrome, while caring for the well-being of teenagers and elderly family members. Additionally, you’ll find creative herbal tea recipes ideal for seasonal activities and special family occasions.
Enjoy a simple, everyday practice that flows with nature’s rhythm. Packed with 365 days’ worth of ideas and methods, this book helps you weave herbal tea into your daily life throughout Japan’s four seasons.
