She is also the author of "The Frog Songstress", which won the Japanese Children's Literature Association Newcomer's Award.

Her representative works include the manga "Sneaking a Taste of Bento" and the picture book illustrations for "The Greedy Little Pig Gurgling" (Eduational Picture Drama) and "A Day in the Kitchen of the Diner."
