Contents

Chapter 1: After speaking, my father's figure quickly vanished. He disappeared so swiftly that he didn't see the tears I shed.
Chapter 2: It was a face that could only be seen in perfume advertisements in fashion magazines, radiating charm as if divine.
Chapter 3: I suddenly had an urge to accompany him back, but I restrained myself.
Chapter 4: I wanted to tell Xiao Ye that Lichuan had seen me off that night, or at least tell her his name was Wang Lichuan. I thought about it and remained silent.
Chapter 5: The steps were shallow, but Lichuan walked slowly, leading with his right leg, then dragging his immobile left leg up the step, stabilizing himself before moving to the next.
Chapter 6: Lichuan wore a short-sleeved T-shirt, soccer shorts below, with a slender right leg, as long and strong as the Greek youth in statues. He had no left leg. It was gone from the root.
Chapter 7: Years later, whenever I think of Lichuan, this image always flashes first in my mind. My heart feels as if it's suddenly squeezed by an invisible hand, sour and breathless.
Chapter 8: The most significant moment of my life arrived so quickly. My first kiss and first time were on the same day, at the same time! It was passionate and natural. I was willing and have no regrets.
Chapter 9: That night, all night, I couldn't sleep. His breath, my passion, scene after scene replayed in my mind: Lichuan, I love you, but I don't want to understand you. The more I understand you, the further away I feel.
Chapter 10: In the end, I concluded that the root cause of all these mistakes was my irresponsible infatuation and my youthful ignorance.
Chapter 11: After so many passionate encounters, it's been over a month since I last saw him. He's still so perfect, so handsome, and his face from any angle makes me lose my composure.
Chapter 12: I wanted to stay calm, but my mind was blank, only hearing myself say, "Lichuan, take me away from here!" and then I knew nothing more.
Chapter 13: Originally, I was meticulous about grades, but now I have another important concern: Lichuan. I miss him intensely every moment.
Chapter 14: I hung up and turned off my phone. Lichuan's attitude of not caring about money angered me. Lichuan, you're rich, you can do anything, right? I don't want your money!
Chapter 15: Lichuan has a very strong sense of self-esteem, which can be seen in everyday little things. After being scolded by my father without reason, I wonder how upset he must be.
Chapter 16: In three hours, I had random dreams, each time dreaming of Lichuan. This person was sleeping beside me, and I still dreamed of him, making me wonder if I'm too lustful.
Chapter 17: Lichuan and I were wearing exactly the same clothes: a gray turtleneck sweater, jeans, sneakers, and a dark blue windbreaker. Lichuan said that this attire clearly made us look like a couple on the street.
Chapter 18: After hearing this, my face burned as if I had been slapped by my dad again. I silently prayed that Lichuan and my dad would never meet.
Chapter 19: But Lichuan, will you change? You won't, right? You are the eternal love in my heart.
Chapter 20: That day, Lichuan and I parted in the parking lot, and it only took five minutes. When I returned from Longjing, it felt like a thousand years had passed.
Chapter 21: Lichuan is a bubble, and I am a fish in the deep sea. I swallowed the bubble and dared not spit it out; once I did, I would float to the surface.
Chapter 22: How I wish Lichuan was a character in my story, that I could write about him freely and arrange a perfect ending for him and me.
Chapter 23: After waiting for so long, it was still Lichuan who saw me first. I hugged him tightly, unwilling to let go. At that time, I really just wanted to fold him into a handkerchief and keep him in my pocket forever.
Chapter 24: Fortunately, I still couldn't see his face clearly. It's better not to see clearly, so that in this life, I won't be tempted by him anymore.
Chapter 25: Wang Lichuan, I have no hope of loving him, but hating him requires determination. When will I be free from this purgatory!
Chapter 26: At that moment, my eyes were a little wet. Yes, I was a little moved. Lichuan's computer is replaced at least once a year. He still uses this password, which means he still remembers me to some extent.
Chapter 27: Lichuan is my Titanic and my iceberg. As he walks, he throws a stone into the sky, and that stone is me.
Chapter 28: I ignored him and walked straight to the trash can, standing silently, waiting for him to leave. Even if I can't control my smoking addiction, my upbringing hasn't deteriorated to the point of forcing Lichuan to inhale secondhand smoke.
Chapter 29: I gazed at his face, feeling a bit dizzy. This was the smile I had been thinking about for six years. It bloomed like a fleeting flower, making me almost feel religious.
Chapter 30:
When we lived together before, Lichuan often did this to amuse me, reading the instructions for bezoar pills in a medieval English accent, making me laugh until I rolled on the ground.
Chapter 31:
After parting for so many years, every time I pass a Starbucks or smell familiar coffee, my heart suddenly becomes chaotic and nervous, thinking I might meet Lichuan again.
Chapter 32:
This world is not just about Lichuan; there are endangered animals, depleted resources, polluted atmosphere... I want to protect animals, care for the planet, and become a simple person!
Chapter 33:
We made love silently in the dark. Lichuan's body was very weak, but I became rough due to anger.
Chapter 34:
It's hard to be with Lichuan, and all we do is argue. Lichuan refuses to tell me the truth.
Perhaps, it's really the end of our fate.
Chapter 35:
My war with Lichuan has lost on the main battlefield and is now in a guerrilla phase. Therefore, I must adhere to Chairman Mao's sixteen-character strategy: when the enemy advances, I retreat; when the enemy camps, I harass; when the enemy is tired, I attack; when the enemy retreats, I pursue.
Chapter 36:
Lichuan in front of me has always been extremely strong, never willing to let me see his weak side. If possible, he would cover it up; if not, he would disappear without a trace.
Chapter 37:
I asked myself repeatedly: Can I get by without Lichuan? Does life have meaning without Lichuan? The answer is simple: Haven't I lived for six years without Lichuan?
Chapter 38:
I know I've gone too far again. Since then, Lichuan never answers my calls, and even René and Ji Chuan dare not talk to me much.
Chapter 39:
How many days have we not seen each other? Eighty days, right? Each separation is so long that it's enough to forget his appearance, enough for all the hatred to disappear, all the wounds to heal, and in the blink of an eye, it turns into love again.
Chapter 40:
He naturally took my arm again and continued to walk with me by the lake. I followed him closely, feeling a bit unreal. How many years have passed since Lichuan and I walked on the street as a couple?
Chapter 41:
I even thought, if Lichuan died by my side tonight, he would be happy, and I would be satisfied; perhaps it would be a beautiful ending.
Chapter 42:
That voice seemed like a bullet piercing my heart, and my body jolted. I straightened up, turned around, and saw Lichuan standing in the shadows.
Chapter 43:
After all, Lichuan is back, like the sun returning to the solar system.
I, who only rotated on my own, suddenly slipped into an orbit of revolution, with wind, rain, and gravity, everything returning to normal.
Chapter 44:
I savored every word Lichuan said, savored the look in René's eyes. I knew that Lichuan was getting sicker day by day, and when he said he couldn't give me another five years, he was telling the truth.
Chapter 45:
Lichuan, I'm giving you one last chance. One last chance!
If you want me to come back, even with just a look, I will!
Chapter 46:
Ji Chuan and Lichuan look very similar, but never as much as today, so much so that when I saw him, my composure immediately broke, and I burst into tears.
Chapter 47:
I feel happy and deeply grateful to God.
After all, the person I love is still alive.
