Author

Ren Jian

A native of Luoyang, he has a master's degree in Comparative Studies of Chinese and Foreign Cultures from Peking University, and is a writer and member of the Henan Provincial Writers' Association. In his early days, he created many long novels with unique "reader affinity", and also opened cultural columns in many media in the United States, Germany and China. He is the author of "Beijing and China", "New Dream", "Examining the Cultural Origins of Chinese Family Names", "Biography of Liu Yuxi", "Biography of Bai Juyi", and so on. He has published 10 volumes of a large book of historical and cultural works in Luoyang, "Legends of the Imperial Capital", 10 volumes of "Legends of Peonies", and 6 volumes of "History of France", as well as several dozens of biographies of Chinese and foreign historical figures. He also published a long novel "A Very Capable Man - Cao Cao", and the traditional Chinese version of "A Very Capable Man - Cao Cao" has been sold to Taiwan.
