Author
a recognised author of children’s books and populariser of good children’s literature. Her writing has been published in Italy, Germany, Ireland, France, and the Netherlands. She won the Comma and Full Stop competition for the best children’s book organized by Empik bookstores and was the winner of the Kornel Makuszyński literary award. Her books feature on the Gold List of the ABCXXI – All Poland Reads to Kids Foundation and the Museum of Children’s Books List of Treasures. In 2007 she was awarded a bronze medal of Gloria Artis – Services to Culture. She is a member of the Polish Section of IBBY and the Association of Polish Writers.
