Author
Viktor Ponomarenko graduated from Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in 1985, then - Russian State Social Institute, and later - Russian Academy of Public Administration of the President of Russia. Ponomarenko was awarded several medals and state prizes. Since 2004, he is on the list of the national staff reserve (this is the federal leadership program).
The gained knowledge Ponomarekno applied in different industries, including but not limited, he helped with handling terrorist threats and high-profile cases.
Mental health counsellor and psychologist, the author of some 80 publications on applied psychology subjects.
He teaches the courses of “social psychology” and “psychology in HR management” at several Universities/ Institutes. In addition, Ponomarenko runs conflict management courses and seminars.
