Description

Marek Kaminsky was the first polar explorer in the world to reach the poles of the earth within a year. This book will enable readers to understand what are the commonalities and differences in the exploration activities of the North and South Pole. Is it easier to walk on a snowboard on the Arctic Ocean, or is it easier to walk on the coldest continent in the world? Why do we need to make a lot of contact before expedition, such as swimming in a jacket, wearing a snowboard, sleeping in a tent in the backyard, running around in the forest, and pulling tires with our bodies? What should we bring when we ride on the sled, and what should we leave behind? How to jump through the cracks and jump from one ice floe to another? How to distinguish between magnetic poles and geographic poles, and how to not get lost in dense fog?

This book shows life in extreme and little-known regions such as the Arctic and Antarctic. It not only encourages young readers to discover the world, but also encourages young readers to persevere in pursuing their dreams. This book was created in collaboration with Marek Kaminsky.
