Description

When the cruel stepmother decides to slaughter Tsikara, the crimson bull escapes with its friend, little boy. They ride a long and nonhazardous way until reaching the peaceful place.
Tsikara: The Crimson Bull which is one of the most popular Georgian folk stories about friendship is newly published with the illustrations done by Tatia Nadareishvili and Eka Tabliashvili.
Nadareishvili and Tabliashvili, alongside the other participants, created a project “Tsikara – Museum in Museum” under Georgia’s guest of honor Appearance at Frankfurt Book Fair. The exhibition took place first in Germany then in Georgia was a new medium of storytelling for this folk tale.
