Feature
★ Ten real scenarios, zero lectures, immediate application. From "You're so annoying" to door-slamming silence, each chapter dissects one high-frequency conflict with concrete scripts, emotional regulation tools for parents, and reflection exercises. The goal is not controlling your teen, but understanding them.
★ Dual-growth focus for sustainable change. Unlike preachy parenting manuals, this book equips parents with both practical communication techniques and essential self-care strategies, helping wounded caregivers rebuild confidence while repairing the parent-child bond.
