Taglines
If you're feeling anxious and panicking, it's your body's warning. You can take it as a gift and start being kind to yourself and listening to your own heart; it will tell you that you are not on the right path. Don't run away from your anxiety, running away will only make it worse, scarier, more frustrating, just accept it bravely and let it be your friend.
After that, your life will be better, turn your anxiety into inspiration, be active in life - live according to your heart, don't be trapped by people's eyes and ideas, and be brave and active in your own way.
Good luck!
Description
An inspirational story about overcoming severe anxiety and panic attacks, telling readers to face the same situation, don't give up and don't think it's the worst thing to do (although in that situation you might think you're being Abandoned by the world, almost despairing of life), but in fact this is a precious gift from God. When you don't treat yourself well, when you don't take care of yourself, your body will give you a timely warning to stop those unconscious, horrible behaviors.
After that, your life will be transformed for the better, turn your anxiety into inspiration, and be active in life - live as you want, without being bound by people's visions and ideas. Live bravely and actively in your own way!
