Description

Neomateriali nell’economia circolare (Neo-materials in the circular economy) introduces an updated overview of the materials and processes underlying the circular economy paradigm. These new economy components are divided into three categories: materials that imitate plant and animal kingdoms’ cycles, recycled materials that have entered various production processes and recycling processes that take place at the end of the production cycles. Furthermore the book explores the possible development of steel, aluminium, bioplastic, concrete, paper, wood, plastic, tires and glass production chains. These are “traditional” materials that are now undergoing remarkable innovation processes that allow their more clever and waste-free use.
