After Montalbano’s Sicily, also Rome has found its hero».
——Antonia Arslan
«Ponzetti walks: through the city, into the night, among the people that chase life without ever catching it. He walks, that’s what he does».
——Maurizio De Giovanni

Description
In the seven episodes of the series published so far, Ponzetti deals with a wide range of themes and characters somewhat reminiscent of Maigret. Ponzetti’s strength consists in his ability to understand the human soul, in his intelligence and culture, in his ability to grasp the nuances of reality.
As in the neorealist film tradition, Ponzetti embraces the tragedy and suffering of all men, illuminating life’s most intimate mysteries.
