“Why I always think nonsense?” You, who are always cautious and sensitive to everything, gain troubles from striving to be “rational, calm and objective” like others. Once you realize that “you are special”, happiness will come.

Are you often said, “I think too much,” or are you often tired of life due to your imaginations?

Do you think that your mind is constantly spinning, and even in the still of night, these 'imaginations' keep popping up, making you unable to rest for a moment?

You will constantly feel suspicious and doubtful about many things or be sensitive to everything. You even can’t easily settle some trifles. You must ask: “Is there a way to temporarily stop my brain from thinking?” The author Christel Petitcollin, known as the French "National Psychologist", once said that “you, who think too much” is just different from ordinary people with more exquisite ideas and a clear mind.

Based on her over 20-year clinical experience, Christel provides ways for people who think too much and worry too much to enjoy life and easily solve problems. Based on neurology and objective evidence, she tells us why we always think too much and what is the difference between people who think too much and ordinary ones? She also informs the way to live ourselves with an extraordinary brain.

The author said: “I want to help individuals who are more mentally active than others understand themselves and accept their original appearance. What’s more, I also want to tell them that even with so many ideas, they can still live a good life.”

As you read this book, you will also become the leading role of the book (Perhaps when you see this, you will also have the idea of "how could it be").
