Carlo Gébler

A novelist, biographer, playwright, memoirist, critic, and occasional broadcaster, he has taught for many years in prisons and universities. He is the author of this book and the son of Edna O‘Brien.

He wrote and presented the 2024 podcast Escape from the Maze (a BBC History podcast). He is a member of Aosdána, the Irish arts association, and lives in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
