His older cousin once worked in the shipbuilding industry, was laid off after the IMF economic crisis, and turned to smuggling strange creatures. One day he is found dead in the mountains, reduced to bare bones. Seon-hyeong unexpectedly inherits the aquarium building his cousin left behind, and in a pool in the basement, he meets Pini—a mermaid whose tongue has been cut out.
