Review
"What ultimately determines a child's capacity to learn is not the sheer volume of outside knowledge, but the linguistic power to take in that knowledge and reconstruct it as one's own, and at the center of that power is literacy."
"What children need right now is not to learn 'faster' or 'more,' but to learn 'more deeply and more meaningfully.'"
Feature
★ The emotional brain is the key that unlocks learning. Noh demonstrates that emotional stability, not IQ, determines learning outcomes, and shows how a parent's words, daily routines, and a child's emotional security can physically transform cognitive capacity. From memory and attention to language, creativity, and critical thinking, each chapter pairs neuroscience with actionable strategies matched to real developmental stages.
★ A timely intervention for the age of academic anxiety and digital overload. The book directly confronts how excessive early acceleration and heavy screen exposure damage developing brains, offering concrete, age-specific antidotes from early childhood through upper elementary years. A science-based companion that turns the long journey of learning into something genuinely enjoyable for parent and child alike.
