Description

Every spring, Thalie watches her mother flee North to the Planters’ Camp, where she and her sisters work to reforest the land devastated by the Cities. As Thalie prepares to be left behind once again, she learns that this time, she’s authorized to accompany her mother. Her job is to compile the planters’ data information to be used for a new phase of the project administered by the Central Authority.

Far from the asphalt of her childhood, Thalie will learn her mother’s secrets, the abuses she suffered, and why she’s so angry with society. She’ll also get to know the forest and its inhabitants, as well as what we owe it.
