Description
Rebecca, a young lady from an earl's family with mediocre talents, has long been regarded as a family disgrace. She endures bullying from her father, stepmother, and stepsister Flora, living a life of harsh treatment. Once, Rebecca had grown accustomed to such unfairness and gradually grew disheartened with life.
Few people know that she actually possesses a magical ability—unobstructed communication with animals. This ability brings comfort to her gloomy life and unexpectedly becomes a turning point in her fate. When she was talking to a cat once, she was accidentally seen by Prince Gilbert, thus exposing her ability to communicate with animals. Unlike the discrimination from others, the prince not only understood her but also grew closer to her, discovering her shining qualities.
With the help of allies including the prince, his elder brother, and a duke's daughter, Rebecca begins to resist her family's oppression. Finally, at the graduation ball, she exposes Flora's hypocritical true face in front of everyone, breaks free from her family's restraints, and receives a sincere confession from Prince Gilbert. This marks the start of her new life—one filled with hope and love.
