Hodgskiss interviewed several of the most notorious serial killers and his recordings sat gathering dust until recently, when top true-crime podcaster Nicole Engelbrecht found his research online. The two connected and now they bring their love of storytelling to this highly readable book.

Brin Hodgkiss lives in the UK and works for the NHS. Prior to this, he spent 15 years working for the British police in investigations and intelligence, tackling everything from anti-social behaviour and burglary, to terrorism, murder and serial rape. He is from Johannesburg andwhile studying in South Africa, he worked with the South African police.

Nicole Engelbrecht is South Africa's top true-crime podcaster, having launched TRUE CRIME SOUTH AFRICA in 2019. She is the author of SAMURAI SWORD MURDERER: THE MORNE HARMSE STORY.
