Author
A master baker with 30 years of experience, Kim Kyung-oh graduated from the Culinary Arts Department of Kunyang Tourism College and the Baking Department of Hyedam University. She further honed her skills at the Tokyo Bakery School in Japan and Le Cordon Bleu in France. Currently, she runs two beloved bakeries—"Ttaseun Gimi" and "KKO Patisserie"—where, despite her busy schedule, she joyfully crafts wholesome bread with the same care a mother would pour into her cooking, welcoming guests from near and far. She is also the author of Handmade Meals and Healthy Bread Recipes.
