Born in Hokkaido in 1960. After graduating from Waseda University with a degree in Japanese Literature, he became a high school teacher. Faced with the difficulties of resolving interpersonal conflicts, he began studying psychology.
After completing the doctoral program in the Graduate School of Education at Hokkaido University, he spent 30 years in high schools, using psychological methods to resolve various interpersonal issues, such as those between students, students and parents, and among parents.
