Description

The protagonist, Ahn Chang-sik, achieved success and became a master baker at a young age. However, due to jealousy and conspiracies from his peers, coupled with his own arrogance, he eventually lost everything and became a person who was considered useless. When he was at his lowest point, he thought of his mentor who taught him how to bake, so he went to Ganghwa Island, returning to the place where his dreams began. There, he reminisced about the happy times when he was learning to make bread, but also had to face the reality that his mentor's life was coming to an end.

After his mentor passed away, Ahn Chang-sik was aimlessly living his life until the mentor's granddaughter, Lala, approached him, expressing her desire to learn baking. After some hesitation, Ahn Chang-sik finally accepted her request.

In order to prevent Lala from repeating his own mistakes, Ahn Chang-sik began to teach her how to make bread that could save people's hearts. In this process, he reignited his passion for baking. However, the opponent who had previously slandered him tried to ruin him again. But this time, Ahn Chang-sik was not defeated. He persisted in justice and ultimately became a true baker who served the people. His student Lala was also growing up, and together they successfully managed "Lala Bakery".
