Billions of years ago, Antarctica was a magnificent temperate forest! There were not only dinosaurs, but also flowers, insects and big trees. That was so amazing!
Those ancient plants disappeared, but their spores and pollen were scattered all over the earth, and sealed in the strata along with the soil. Over billions of years, the earth has changed, but the plants that once existed and the flowers that once bloomed have protected our planet in a unique way forever.
