Description
The main character of the story is Yang Shunyi, an introverted and shy young girl who often finds it difficult to communicate with people, especially when expressing her ideas in front of her friends. Although she has a lot of things inside her that she wants to say, she is often too nervous to say them. This kind of personality has caused her to encounter some challenges in communicating with her peers.
In the story, Yang Shunyi is approaching her birthday, but because of her introverted personality, she can't easily invite her friends to the birthday party. Suddenly a transfer student appears, he learns of Yang Shunyi's plight and decides to help her. The transfer students makes a special "talkative cake" which makes the person who eats it talkative.
Through this magic "talkative cake", Yang Shunyi finally succeeds in inviting friends and holding a happy birthday party. Through Yang Shunyi's story, the book conveys important messages about courage, friendship, and self-expression. It encourages children to face their own inadequacies, to be courageous in communicating with others, and to cherish the time they spend with their friends.
With its warm story, vivid characters and educational themes, the book has been loved by many readers. The illustrations in the book are warm and lovely, adding more charm to the story. This book is suitable for parents and children to read together to explore and understand the problems that children may encounter in the process of growing up.
