Description

Poor Tryon is always messing it up - he arrives late because he thought that the WC was the classroom, he mistakes a tree for an antelope... His friends laugh and his teachers and parents tell him off, but no one knows that Tryon is, in fact, a shortsighted lion!
Luckily, he will soon meet someone that will give him the solution to all his troubles... What can it be?

Author

Beatriz Giménez de Ory (Madrid, 1972) is a well-known writer, as well as a Spanish Language and Literature teacher. She is the author of several collections of poems and children s novels, which have earned her awards such as the prestigious National Award for Children s and Young Adult Literature in 2021, the Fundación Cuatrogatos Award, the New York Big Book Award in 2021 and the Colibrí Gold Medal from IBBY in Chile in 2019. Some of her books, such as Un pez en la escalera ( A Fish on the Stairs , Santillana), have been included in the Honour List by the OEPLI (the IBBY of Spain).

Cecilia Varela (Buenos Aires, 1973) is a prestigious children s illustrator. Her work has been published all over the world, and has received great recognition, such as the Cuatrogatos award.
