Description

The popular traditions hide many stories. In the 19th century, in the Minho region, not wearing any gold ornament, especially a pair of earrings, was a sign of extreme poverty. In the medieval Europe, many men also dedicated themselves to embroidery. This book reveals many facts on six Portuguese popular traditions.
