Author

Tang Yun is a senior female Tibetan book writer. She serves as a member of China Writers Association with Master’s degrees in medicine and literature. Ms. Tang has published lots of books, such as a collection of stories Cotton Boll, collections of essays Our Snail House and Birds and Domino of Time, long cultural proses Left Bank of Yellow River, Tibet of One and Another Time in North China, human geography books The Ethereal Qinghai and The Ethereal Origin of Yellow River, novels Anchovy and Padma Paramita, and a translation Languages in the World of Thinking. Her master work Tibet of One is publicly praised by and popular among Tibetan culture loves and Tibetan tourists. She wrote special features on Tibet for brand publications such as Chinese National Geography, which won multiple prizes. She lives in Beijing and serves PLA Academy of Arts there now.
