Description

From the duo that brought you Giracula comes this story of an unlikely (and undead)
friendship, the second book in the Bump in the Night series.
Lonely middle-schooler Angus Munch has one friend—a very old frog named Frank, the
science classroom pet. When Angus takes Frank home for the weekend, disaster strikes, and
Frank croaks! It will take all of Angus's science knowledge to bring his friend back to life—
can he do it before school on Monday, or is Frank amphibian history?

Author

Caroline Watkins is the Assistant Publisher at Persnickety Press and the author of Giracula, first in the Bump in the Night series. She has her bachelor's degree in History and International Studies and her Master's in social work from Boston College, but Caroline's passion has always been children's literature. Caroline lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Mark Tuchman is the creative director of School Library Journal. At home, he is dad to three very creative children who direct him on his illustration projects. In addition to Mark's work with Caroline Watkins on Giracula, he illustrated Lauren Wohl's Raccoon River Kids Adventures series (also Persnickety Press). Before his magazine career, Mark worked full-time as an illustrator. Mark and his family live in Brooklyn, New York.
