Sonia and Juan are two newly married physicists who go to the modern telescope facilities of Roque de los Muchachos, on the Canary Island of La Palma, to carry out an important investigation. Soon Sonia will find herself in a disturbing situation when her husband starts talking in dreams, with a voice completely different from his own. As the days passes, that personality, who calls himself Robert, takes over Juan, and Sonia begins to feel attracted to him. Isolated in a steep place, with no internet connection or the possibility of using the mobile phone, Sonia and Juan (and Robert) will enter an increasingly crazy and dangerous spiral.

Elio Quiroga is a film director, producer and screenwriter (he has directed feature films such as "Fotos" - winner of the Best Screenplay and a Special Mention of the Jury in Sitges and Quentin Tarantino's favorite-, "The Cold Hour", "No-Do", and the documentary "The Mystery of the King of Kinema" - Special Jury Mention at the Gijón Film Festival). He is currently in the production phase with his latest film, La Estrategia del Pekinés.
He has published novels such as the zombie satire "The Awakening" with Timun Mas, the action and fantasy thriller "The Codices of the Apocalypse", with Tyrannosaurus Books, and "Idyll", Dolmen Editorial. He received the New Canary Islands Award for the poetry book "Attica" and the Second Prize for the Everis Essay Award for "The Matter of Dreams". In 2015 he won the Novel Minotaur Prize for "Los que sueñan" (Ediciones Minotauro, Planeta group).
